Book arrived damaged.
The content and subject of the book are fine. However, the book arrived damaged with pages near the end of the book that are too long. These defective pages are folded over and stuffed down into the book and torn. Is this a manufacturing problem when the pages of the book were cut? Not happy with the condition of this book. What is your quality assurance prior to shipping books to paying customers?
